Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Skills Acquisition Training Programmes 2017

The NDDC Entrepreneurship Training Programme is about identifying viable businesses in the MSME category from all (9) Nine states of the region, and build their capacity and thereafter provide necessary support and enabling environment for their growth and competitiveness in today’s global markets.

The nature of support will be determined by the business plan that will be developed by each participating entrepreneur during the NDDC training.
It needs to be emphasized here that there is need to diversify and strengthen the economies of the Niger Delta States and make them less dependent on the oil and gas sector. Therefore ONLY entrepreneurs outside the oil and gas sector are encouraged to apply for the NDDC Skills Acquisition Training Programme 2017.

My kind suggestion in the field of Welding and Fabrication is that the training should be more versatile. NDDC should introduce other forms of welding and fabrication into the programme which may include Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding or Submerged Arc Welding. Welding and Fabrication is going versatile from the normal shielded Metal Arc Welding. Thanks to NDDC for these Training Programmes. I look forward to see other forms or types of Welding.

I always apply for nddc training but I have not experience one out of it,i apply for catering confectionary uptill now I did not heard anything about it may be the trining has been done or not, part of the training for ondo state those officials always did it in favour of their family alone, most especially in the oil producing area, ilaje local government, too bad, will have poor peoples that has no money to futher for education so if nddc brings out a training like this I think this poor people have to benefit from it but upon the whole their children are educated they still do everything in favour of their peoples alone ,am now using this opportunity to plead to the management to carry everyone along because their are some people that wish to learn but they are not finacialy boyant, thanks.
